■ ピッツア窯の修繕状況�A

ピッツア窯の修繕は、思いのほか早く済み、3/3（水）夕刻には、床面のレンガタイル貼り替えは終了しました。 どのように取り出し、新たに貼るのかと思うと、円形の床面は、10個くらいのレンガタイルに分割されており、コンクリで繋がっているのでもないため、簡単につなぎ目にバールの先を入れ、はがす、全てを取り除くと、中を清掃、そして、床面の下は砂、その砂でレベルを確認しながら新しいレンガタイルを組み合わせていきます。 ほぼ２日間で終了でした。 レンガタイルはイタリアに発注し、取り寄せているとのこと。 The pizza oven repairs were completed much more quickly than expected, and the replacement of the brick tiles on the floor was finished by the evening of Wednesday, March 3rd. I wondered how they would remove them and put new ones on, but the circular floor is divided into around 10 brick tiles, which are not joined together with concrete, so they simply inserted the tip of a crowbar into the joints and peeled them off. Once they had removed everything, they cleaned the inside, and then used the sand underneath the floor to check the level and then fit the new brick tiles in place. The work took about two days. The brick tiles were apparently ordered from Italy and delivered.

ご案内のとおり、ピッツア窯の修繕を行っています。 職人さんは、愛知から来られています。 日本でナポリのピッツア窯を修繕できるのは、お一人とか。 昨日、窯の焼床レンガを外し、今日は新しい焼床レンガを設置しています。 予定どおり、上手く進んでいるようです(^^)/ 出来上がりが楽しみです。 もうしばらく、お休みします。 美味しいピッツアを食べるため、ご理解を賜りますようお願いいたします。 As you may have heard, we are currently repairing our pizza oven. Our craftsman has come all the way from Shizuoka. He is said to be the only person in Japan who can repair Neapolitan pizza ovens. Yesterday, the oven's firing floor bricks were removed, and today new ones are being installed. Everything seems to be going smoothly as planned (^^)/ We are looking forward to seeing the finished product. We will be closed for a little while longer. We appreciate your understanding so that you can continue to enjoy our delicious pizza.

2月も残りわずかとなりました。 雪どけも進み、春が近づいていると感じます。 さて、以前にもお知らせしていますが、 ピッツア工房、ピッツア窯が傷んででいることから 修繕を実施するため、下記のとおり、休業いたします。 ご迷惑をお掛けしますが、ご理解を賜りますようお願いいたします。 なお、チーズ工房は運営いたします。　 　3月1日（日）〜3月6日（金）休業 There's only a little time left in February. おはようございます。 本日、3連休最終日ではありますが、チーズ工房・ピッツァ工房は定休日となります。 職員の休養のため、1〜２月は月曜日定休日とさせていただきました。 来週からは3月となりますので、定休日なく営業いたします。 ご理解を賜りますようお願いいたします。 なお、玄関前が日陰となるため、また、駐車場など一部暖気ではありますが、滑りやすくなっております。 ご注意いただきますようお願いいたします。 Good morning. ■ 2026 第19回冬のピッツア感謝祭盛況に終了！！	2026年02月18日（水）
今年も2/13〜15、恒例の「冬のピッツア感謝祭」を開催しました。 富良野市民の皆さんへの感謝、そして、ピッツアを食べていただきたく開催している感謝祭、今年も多くの市民をはじめ、観光客の方に来場いただき、盛況に終えることができました。 ありがとうございました。 そのため、ピーク時には30〜40分程お待ちいただきましたことお詫び申し上げます。 また、2年目となった「ふらのワイナリー祭り」との協力開催、ピッツア・チーズとワインを楽しんでもらおうと、巡回バスを回してもらいました。昨年より認知されてきたためより多くの方に楽しんでいただきました。 また、来年もやります。ご期待ください！！
