紅葉が終わり、冬が近づく季節をもうすぐ迎えるため、 例年10月下旬、アイスミルク工房は営業を終了いたします。 今年は、１０月２２日（木）１６時を以て、今期の営業を終了いたします。 今シーズンもたくさんのお客様に来場いただきましたことにお礼申し上げます。 １０月２３日（金）からは、チーズ工房売店にて、アイスミルク等を販売いたしますので、引き続きよろしくお願いいたします。 As the autumn foliage fades and winter approaches, the Ice Milk Workshop concludes its operations in late October each year. This year, we will close for the season on Thursday, October 22, at 4:00 PM. We would like to thank the many customers who visited us this season. From Friday, October 23, we will continue to sell ice milk products at the Cheese Workshop shop, and we look forward to your continued patronage.

■ 富良野チーズ工房、チーズ公園は紅葉がピーク！！

富良野チーズ工房、この３連休、たくさんのお客様に来所いただきありがとうございました。 チーズ公園は、紅葉がピーク！！ そして、落葉がいっぱいです。 昨年まではきれいに落葉を除けていましたが、今年は朝入口玄関付近は少し除けますが、他はほとんどそのままでにしています。 そのため、落葉の絨毯が広がっています。 Thank you to the many visitors who came to the Furano Cheese Factory over this three-day weekend. The autumn foliage in Cheese Park is currently at its peak! There are also fallen leaves everywhere. In previous years, we used to clear the fallen leaves away neatly; this year, however, while we do clear a small area near the entrance in the morning, we are leaving the rest mostly as is. As a result, a carpet of fallen leaves has spread across the grounds.

■ 本日、チーズ祭り、実施いたします。	2026年09月27日（日）
本日、生憎の雨が降る天候となりましたが、チーズ祭りは実施いたします。 なお、雨のため、一部内容を変更させていただきます。 残念ながら、市内中・高吹奏楽部の演奏は中止とさせていただきます。 もし、雨が止めば、弥栄太鼓さんの演奏は行います。 現在のところ、その他屋外でやるイベント（ミニゲーム、キッチンカー等の飲食、ポニー乗馬はやる予定です。 よろしくお願いいたします。 雨模様ではありますが、お楽しみいただければ幸いです。

いよいよ今週末、9月27日（日）チーズ祭りを開催します。 やや天気が心配な面がありますが、皆さんの熱意で、雨雲を追いやっていただければ幸いです。 但し、もし雨天になった場合は、屋外でのイベントは中止となります。 また、9月27日（日）は、祭り終了と共に、全館15時閉店となりますこと、ご理解を賜りますようお願いいたします。

■ 熊出没注意！！

連休最終日9/23（水）AM7：20頃、チーズ工房近くに熊２頭の目撃情報がありました。 それ以外の情報はありません。 営業は行っておりますが、もし心配をされるお客様におかれましては、屋外での飲食・遊びなど控えていただましようお願いいたします。 各入口には以下の掲示をさせていただきました。 周りは、木々や山が近くにあります。 昨今の各地の熊情報からすると居て当たり前とも感じます。くれぐれも食べ残しの放置などなさないようお願いいたします。熊と共存共栄ができることが望ましいと思っています。 よろしくお願いいたします。 At approximately 7:20 AM on Wednesday, September 23—the final day of the holiday weekend—two bears were sighted near the cheese workshop. We have no further information at this time. We remain open for business; however, if you are concerned, we ask that you refrain from eating, drinking, or engaging in recreational activities outdoors. Notices regarding this matter have been posted at all entrances. The area is surrounded by trees and mountains. Given the recent reports of bear sightings across various regions, their presence here is not unexpected. We earnestly request that you do not leave any food scraps behind. We hope for a relationship of coexistence and mutual well-being with the bears. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

先にチーズ祭り今年もやりますと掲載しましたが、 内容が固まりましたので改めて掲載します。 チラシが出来上がりましたので、詳細はご覧ください。 〇日時　令和8年9月27日（日）10：00〜15：00 〇場所　チーズ公園特設会場 〇内容　 ・演奏：富良野西中・富良野東中・富良野高吹奏楽部、富良野弥栄太鼓保存会（初出演） ・出店：とみ川、ふらのワイン、ナポレオン食堂、くんえん工房YAMADORI、FOODFUN、にはら農園パン工房 ・遊び：ミニゲーム、ポニー乗馬 ・お楽しみ：1500円毎に抽選会、チーズ類10％OFFピッツァ200円引き、アイス50円引きなど なお、当日駐車場が混み合うことが予想されます。特に市内からのお越しの皆さんは、富良野駅⇒市役所⇒チーズ工房の送迎バスを運行しますのでご利用いただければありがたく思います（特典付き）。 当日、好天であることが願いです。皆さま、一緒にお祈り願います！！

８月も残すところ僅か、富良野は８月下旬からすっかり暑さも和らぎ、朝晩は涼しい気候となってきました。 更にチーズ公園の木々も種類にもよりますが、白樺などは紅葉し、落ち葉が増えてきています。 すっかり秋の様相になってきました。 お客様の入込も落ち着いてきました。そのため、ピッツァの待ち時間も少なくなってきています。 チーズ工房でゆっくり過ごせる時期となってきました。 改めて、皆様のお越しをお待ちしております。 With August drawing to a close, the heat in Furano has subsided significantly, bringing cool mornings and evenings. Depending on the species, the trees in the Cheese Park—such as the white birches—are beginning to show their autumn colors, and fallen leaves are starting to accumulate. The area has truly taken on the atmosphere of autumn. Visitor numbers have settled down, meaning shorter wait times for pizza. It is now a great time to enjoy a leisurely visit to the Cheese Factory. おはようございます。 富良野は、連日30℃以上の真夏日を迎えています。 チーズ工房は、お盆時期でもあり、社員の家族団欒を促すため、全館16時閉館いたします。 特にピッツア工房は、お客様のすべての食べ終わり退席いただける時刻にしたいと考えています。そのため、発券終了が早まりますことをお伝えします。 ご理解とごR協力をいただきましようお願い申し上げます。 8月14（Fri）〜8月16日（Sun）16：00閉店　(CLOSE） 専務　亀渕 Good morning. Furano has been experiencing mid-summer heat, with temperatures exceeding 30°C day after day. As the Obon holiday period is upon us, and to allow our staff to spend quality time with their families, the entire facility will close at 4:00 PM. Regarding the Pizza Workshop in particular, we aim to set the closing time so that all customers have finished their meals and departed by then; consequently, we will stop issuing tickets earlier than usual.
