全国的に厳しい寒波が流れ込み、各地で寒さや大雪との報道がなされています。
富良野も同様連日-20℃以下の最低気温が続いています。
日中ももちろん真冬日、高くても-５℃程度、冷凍庫での生活を送っています。
一般的な富良野市民、そして私も、大雪より寒さの方がいいな～と思っています。
なぜなら、雪はね大変です。だんだん年を重ねると雪はねはとてもしんどいですね・・・・
一方、寒さ？のせいか、チーズ工房の社員、体調を崩す社員が最近多いところです。皆さん、寒さ対策、そして、十分な睡眠、栄養のある食事、適度な運動などに気を付けてお過ごしください。

Meanwhile, perhaps due to the cold? Recently, many of our cheese factory employees have been feeling unwell. Please take precautions against the cold, get enough sleep, eat nutritious meals, and exercise moderately.
