おはようございます。 富良野は、連日30℃以上の真夏日を迎えています。 チーズ工房は、お盆時期でもあり、社員の家族団欒を促すため、全館16時閉館いたします。 特にピッツア工房は、お客様のすべての食べ終わり退席いただける時刻にしたいと考えています。そのため、発券終了が早まりますことをお伝えします。 ご理解とごR協力をいただきましようお願い申し上げます。 8月14（Fri）＝8月16日（Sun）16：00閉店　(CLOSE） 専務　亀渕 Good morning. Furano has been experiencing mid-summer heat, with temperatures exceeding 30°C day after day. As the Obon holiday period is upon us, and to allow our staff to spend quality time with their families, the entire facility will close at 4:00 PM. Regarding the Pizza Workshop in particular, we aim to set the closing time so that all customers have finished their meals and departed by then; consequently, we will stop issuing tickets earlier than usual. 昨日からWEBでの体験予約に不備が出ております。 特に、アイスづくり体験ですが、１名では予約を承れません。現在システムでは１名で予約できるようなっていますが、実際は４名以上でなければあ予約できない設定です。 そのため、１名では承れません。 ご理解を賜りますようお願いいたします。 １名で予約された方には、別途メールでお詫びと説明させていただきます。 バターづくり・チーズづくりにつきましては、１名より承ります。しかし、予約人数を選択できないようです。 その場合は、コメント欄に「〇人で予約をお願いします」と記載いただければ幸いです。 ご迷惑をお掛けしますが、ご理解を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。 We have been experiencing issues with our online reservation system since yesterday. Regarding the ice cream making experience specifically, we cannot accept reservations for a single person. Although the system currently allows a booking for one, the actual settings require a minimum of four participants. Therefore, we are unable to accept reservations for just one person. We ask for your understanding in this matter. We will contact anyone who has booked for a single person via email to apologize and provide further details. For butter and cheese making experiences, we do accept reservations for a single person; however, it appears the system does not allow you to select the number of participants. In this case, we would appreciate it if you could write "Please book for [number] people" in the comments section. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding.

ピッツア工房は、好評をいただき、連日混み合っております。そのため、１〜1.5時間待ちとなる場合があります。 更には、生地が無くなり、早い時間に券売を注視する場合があります。 お客様には、ご迷惑をお掛けしますが、社員皆精一杯、対応させてもらっておりますので、併せて、ご理解を賜りますようお願いいたします。 Our pizza workshop has been very well-received and is crowded every day; consequently, wait times may range from one to one-and-a-half hours. Furthermore, we may have to stop selling tickets early in the day if we run out of dough. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding, as our entire staff is doing their utmost to serve you.

富良野チーズ工房は、本日、へそ祭り参加の為、16時を以て、全館閉店とさせていただきます。 なお、ピッツア工房については、出方によっては16時以前に券ばい中止とさせていただきます。 ご理解を賜りますようお願いいたします。 Please be advised that Furano Cheese Factory will close its entire facility at 4:00 PM today due to participation in the Heso Matsuri (Navel Festival). Additionally, please note that ticket sales at the Pizza Workshop may be suspended prior to 4:00 PM, depending on the volume of customers. We appreciate your understanding.

既におい合わせもありますが、 下水道広報プラットホーム（GKP）https://www.gk-p.jp/ でも公表されているとおり、富良野市で作成した「キャプテン翼」マンホールカード、7月31日（金）より、チーズ工房売店カウンターで配布をいたします。 興味のある方は、来場し、申し出てください。 1人１枚を配布させていただきます。

夏休みに入り、手づくり体験は大変盛況です。 しかし、先にWEB予約をされた方を主に、何の連絡もなく、当日キャンセルされる方が結構いらっしゃいます。 無理な場合は、前日までキャンセルできる設定になっていますので、WEB上からのキャンセル、また、連絡を入れていただきますようお願いいたします。 With the start of summer vacation, our hands-on crafting workshops have been very popular. However, we have seen a significant number of same-day cancellations—primarily from those who booked online—without any prior notice. If you are unable to attend, our system allows for cancellations up to the day before; therefore, we kindly ask that you cancel via the website or contact us directly.
